Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Passenger side window regulator broke - this type of part should not break on a 2004 vehicle. as i read online there are many many complaints about this problem. apperently there are so many problems with this part, my local auto-zone store could not even order the part from their supplier. jeep dealers want in excess of $400 dollars for parts and labor to fix this. major incoveince considering my vehichle cannot be used now for at least a week and i will need to take a limo to and from the airport at an expense of $270 roundtrip until the part gets delivered. this simply is not a part that should fail especially in a car that is only 3.5 years old -
