| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I just drove a new chevy impala lt (2007). while parking i ever so lightly touched the car behind me. the rear bumper has an immense deflation!! repairing will be costly. dont know if this junk can be hammered out as older cars. replacement may be needed. the" bumpe"r is worthless, completely. its purpose was to accept bumps. older cars did this easily.... this is unreasonable |
