Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While completing a right turn from a complete stop i rode up on a curb and all curtain air bags deployed. there is no physical damage to car exterior, tires, rims and undercarriage. damage assessment has been confirmed by two gmc dealerships and my insurance company. i have asked gmc to provide information referencing whether or not the sensors and computer performed per design. the only answer i have received is that the yaw sensor is what triggered the deployment, that all bags where deployed and this is not a manufacturer defect but an insurance claim. to my knowledge no analysis has been done to determine speed, angle etc... my wife and two children where in the vehicle when this occurred. we are so confident that the vehicle malfunctioned that unless we are reassured that gm has resolved the issue we will not drive the vehicle any longer. *jb |
