Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I have 4 evenflo booster seats, 2 highback and 2 backless. the backless have a seat pad that doesn't always stay secured to the base and leads me to think that in the event of an accident the pad will slide out from under the child and also cause the child to slide out as well. the armrests also fail to stay erected. on the highback models the armrests dont stay secured to the seat. i called evenflo and they said if i buy parts the second part will be free, in essence buy 1 get 1. this is unsatisfactory. the safety of my children is of utmost importance and therefore i will no longer use the seats that i have. i also will no longer purchase evenflo products. i have been a loyal customer for the past 10 years. updated 10/10/07. *jb
