Was Vehicle Towed: -	Description of the Complaints: Consumer complaint concerned about the safety of her daughter's cosco car seat, the seat restraint strap is damaged after one year of use, this could possibly be a defect in craftsmanship*cc the consumer stated the strap would hang under the seat when she took her daughter out of the car seat and when she was placed back in the car seat, the straps were pulled tight, but they pulled in the wrong position under the car seat. the strap would then rub on a sharp corner and after time, it had worn a hole in the strap. the consumer stated that the manufacturer would provide a reimbursement check provided the consumer can prove the seat was destroyed and the consumer agreed to do so. model #22-120 cosco scenera. tr
