| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Our 2002 infiniti i-35 has accelerated on its own 3 times. the first time we were turning around in our friend's driveway and it took off in reverse. the second time we were first in line at a stop light. the third time, i was moving the car in our driveway and it went through our neighbor's fence causing $8,000 damage to our car. the dealer in grand rapids said they never heard of such a thing. the dealer who sold the car and infiniti have not answered our e-mails. infiniti corp headquarters pretty much told us too bad on the phone. *tr |
