| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was traveling approximately 35 to 40 mph on a straight road. the vehicle in front of me stopped about 75 feet ahead of me. i pressed on the brake pedal to stop but there was no pressure and it went to the floor. due to having no brakes, i hit the back of the other car. the airbag failed to deploy and i hit my head on the steering wheel. when i reversed the car and pressed on the brakes again they worked. the front end of the car was smashed in damaging the headlights, radiator, hood, bumper, and unknown other parts at this time. *tr |
