Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: 1) drivers seat collapse. 2) ford issued a recall claiming a defective driver seat bolt 3) took vehicle to ford dealership for repair, dealership confirms the recalled bolt is broken and the cause of the seat failure. ford wants $460.00 to replace the recalled bolt. why does ford expect me to pay for a recall. 4) seat will not stay upright at all since the dealership performed the inspection. *jb
