Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own a jeep commander and it has died on me for now reason now more than 7 times. i was at a stop light, sometimes on the freeway the car just stops. i step on the gas and the car doesn't move the engine shuts off and the steering wheel hardens and doesn't steer. i took it into the jeep dealer where i leased it from and they found nothing wrong with it. they told me that there are other complaints with other commander owners but they have no fix to it. they even told me that when they find what's wrong with someone else's commander they would call me so i guess they still don't know what's wrong this had been happening now a lot lately. i am going to take it back again to the dealer ship and see what they say. the passenger air bag light comes on also every now and then it comes on and stays on for like 5 to 10 minutes then goes off. *tr |
