| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2001 gmc yukon xl. while driving 75 mph, the contact decelerated, but the speedometer displayed 120 mph. he stated that on some occasions the speedometer will display 0 mph and on other occasions it fails to display anything. the dealer diagnosed the failure as the steeper motor and stated that the instrumental panel needed to be replaced. the replacement will cost $600. gmc stated that they cannot investigate the failure because there are no reports available. the current mileage was 62,995 and failure mileage was 62,000. |
