Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Today i took my 2005 chrysler pacifica into the shop for new tires, i was told they could not do an alignment because the tie rods looked bad and to take it to the dealer, i did. i then found out from my local dealer that unfortunately that is all they see is chrysler pacificas...my car has less than 45k miles and i have been told that the entire front end suspension is worthless and right now i have bad gear boxes, a broken engine mount, and can count on having front axel problems as well. the dealer also had a 2004 brought in today and that car and mine were raised up and the repair men showed me and everyone else around the identical problems on both cars. *tr |
