Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2nd reported occurence - motorcycle loss power on rear cylinder again. valve stuck open causing bike to almost stop on route 2 in heavy traffic. yamaha refusing to fix properly. just reaming the valve guides again. only put 4,000 miles on since repaired last time. customer service feels this is acceptable. apparently yamaha knows they have this issue with the roadstar. but feels the few that contract this issue they can bandaid until either it's out of warranty. or the owner gets discouraged enough to sell the vehicle. |
