Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Vehicle unable to go in reverse up an inclined driveway without difficulty and shuttering in the drivvetrain. chyrstler engineers and dealer service manger told me this is normal state for this vehicle and i should go up the driveway faster and without slowing or sopping to avoid the shutter. this is a safety issue when you have many children in the neighborhood, you have to go slow up the driveway to make sure you do not run anyone over or hit an object. i am not a trained reverse race car driver. all of the other vehicles i have had in my driveway did not have this issue. we also have reported hard shifting at slow speeds where the vehicle actually lurches forward. this is dangerous when you are in areas where crosswalks are present such as the park, shopping areas, shool zones etc. chrysler stated this too was normal. *tr |
