| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2006 saturn ion. the vehicle has goodyear assurance (na), size p195/60r14 tires. while driving between 35 and 60 mph, the vehicle began making a loud humming sound. after the vehicle had been parked for a few hours, the front driver side tire flattened. the contact stated that the rear passenger side tire went flat the week before and triple a changed the tire. chunks of tread separated from the inside of the tire. the contact called goodyear and they stated that it was the contact's responsibility. the failure occurred on three tires. one tire was a replacement and the other three came with the vehicle. the purchase date was unknown. the current and failure mileages were 27,000. |
