| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Vehicle was traveling approx 25 mph. approaching intersection low pressure was applied to brakes with the intent to gradually increase pressure in order to come to a smooth stop. almost immediately after applying light pressure to the brake pedal the brakes failed. the brake pedal was pushed completely to the floor but had no effect resulting in a complete failure and the vehicle entered a busy intersection. a delayed reaction application of the emergency brake gradually slowed the vehicle to a stop. authorized service center (at place of purchase) stated the master cylinder failed and needed to be replaced. *jb |
