| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My child is unable to undo the harness tie in her graco comfortsport carseat. this leaves just the buckle in place which allows her to free her arms and chest. she then is able to lean over the carseat to the front and sides. there is a section below that asks for number of failures. it happens every ride. i contacted graco regarding this problem and have not yet received a response from them. model number: 8639. *tr |
