Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I was driving my elderly parents around seattle when i started noticing that my front brakes were grinding, took the vehicle to les schuab to have it looked at and found that my pads were gone, metal to metal with the rotors. there were only 22,000 miles on the car at the time and failure of the brakes was premature. it was also noted by the mechanic that the pads installed by the factory did not have wear indicators to let the driver know when the brakes were going bad. front brakes were replaced and the rear brakes were cleaned, rotors were salvageable.*jb
