| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The graco cargo highback booster (model 8486pro) carseat has a shoulder belt positioner that allows the child to pull the straps loose and since it cannot retract the belt remains loose allowing a child to slip out from under the belt in the case of an accident. i have had to pull the car over several times to tighten up the belt again after it has been pulled loose. *jb |
