Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Just two weeks before the abs sensor light came on (at 38000 miles), we had the car serviced for faulty power seat control. the seat started to adjust on its own, the message stated that there was a problem with the memory selection. however, we had not programmed seating positions. in fact, we didn't have the keypad! the abs sensor came on suddenly. i was driving at a low speed of around 30 mph. i heard a rolling noise and felt the rolling or scrubbing underfoot. two weeks after that i began to hear the sound without engaging the brakes. we've had problems from the beginning. the servicemen couldn't find the problem when we presented it less than a month after purchase. then, another arose. then, another. unfortunately, the value of the vehicle is far less than what's owed (depreciation), and i feel "caught between a rock and a hard place." will someone make good on this?
