Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: 2002 jeep grand cherokee ltd with dual zone cilmate control system. at 50,000 miles the passenger side heat and defroster stopped working. now in at 60,000 miles the driver side heater has also failed. per a web site it is a very common occurance with this vehical. it appears chyrsler is not taking any action to recall this saftey issue.
