Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: When pulling off the car from the garage on monday morning the steering wheel was hard to steer. i rode the car to the dealership. i left the car with them for diagnosis. received a call informing that the power steering computer was damaged. i also tried to contact the car brand office at pr for complaining without sucess; was not able to ge thorugh after holding for 30+ minutes, twice. the car still at the dealership; the replacement part was not available and have to be mailed from some place in the us. |
