| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: (1) the vehicle was in motion, in slow-moving, dense traffic on a highway. (2) without warning, the driver-side, rear passenger window suddenly shattered. the entire glass broke into mostly small pieces about 1 cm, most of which fell into the passenger cabin, on the floor and seats. a few big pieces up to 10 cm also fell in the cabin. the window was closed before it shattered. there was no collision with any vehicle. the driver and passenger did not witness anything that could have hit the window. there was no external damage to the rest of the vehicle. the vehicle had never suffered any collision or vandalism or impact prior to this incident.
