| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Filed previous complaint, #10202892. this was in reference to my seat belt retractor not locking on my 2006 impala. the new retractor the dealer put in my vehicle, also does not lock. i have already hit the steering wheel once, do i have to be seriously injured. called chevy again and they stated they were sorry for the inconvenience. they stated to take it back to the dealer and have yet another one put in. *jb |
