Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: The clockspring on my 2002 jeep grand cherokee has failed and the airbag light comes on and it will not function. no accident yet, but the airbag will not work on the vehicle. car was driven normally and is in excellent condition with no accidents. has 69,000 miles on the vehicle. the clockspring has to be replaced to correct the problem. chrysler has had similar problems on other vehicles for this same part. i'm sure they use this part on other chrysler products. *tr
