Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I bought a new 2004 jeep grand cherokee from hoover chrysler/jeep in summerville sc. while still on warranty the drivers side automatic window failed to the down position due to a defective regulator. this occurrence happened in our second year of ownership and was repaired by the dealership. the same failure occurred again to the drivers side rear window on 4/4/07 and again to the passengers front window on 9/15/07. all of these failures were attributed to a common regulator neither the local dealership nor chrysler corp. has issued any recall or admitted any capability for this obviously defective part. *jb |
