| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Left hand side of over head shield, spring popped out and plastic part broke. we had the same thing happen to our previous touriva carseat same model, so we took it back to the store and received this one. then the same thing happened to this one. it also happened to the same model of carseat our parents have. i have tried to contact the manufacturer, but have had no response. touriva model #22-130-wal. luckily nobody was injured. *jb |
