| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2001 honda odyssey van - the sliding passenger doors fail to open or close periodically. much of the time the sliding doors are in the closed position and will not open. this is unsafe as the passengers in the back cannot exit the car in a timely manner. children are not strong enough to open them manually. the van has been to the dealer to remedy this problem but the fix is always temporary. the problem is electrical or the door motors wear out. it is hazardous to be unable to enter or exit this vehicle as needed. *jb |
