Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased a 2005 hyundai tucson on 2/7/07 for which the dealership was not at fault as they were lied to by the previous owner. within a few weeks after owning the car it would just die anywhere and at anytime. i contacted the dealership numerous times to only get little assistance and a few repair attempts without success. it died 5 separate times on the 14 freeway in the evening after picking up my boys in rosamond and had 5 near fatal accidents which i documented where i was and the time and date. i have a log of all the timed and i am upset that in 7 months the car is still allowed to be on the road. the manufacturer refuses to take it back knowing there is a problem and i am furious. all i wanted was a drivable car and be free from worries. *jb |
