| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The passlock system on my 2001 chevy malibu (the absolute worst car i have ever owned) is bad. took it to the dealership several times under warranty and was told that they fixed it. now it's way off of warranty and the system is failing on a weekly basis. $500 to fix, chevy won't issue a recall or (as usual) offer to fix the problem which there are literally thousands of complaints on. *jb |
