| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Our 1999 ford explorer is part of a large recall because of a fire hazard with the cruise control. we are having it disconnected but the part will not be available to repair the cruise control until at least january. my husband has back trouble and drives every couple of weeks to pickup an elderly family member. it is very painful for him to drive the vehicle any distance without the cruise control. we wonder if it's possible to get the part to repair our vehicle any sooner. thank you. no incident happened, it is a required field. *tr |
