| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My 3 year old child was restrained in an evenflo "big kid booster seat" in the rear-middle seat position of a 2007 jeep liberty. they were t-boned by a drunk driver running a red light, and the vehicle rolled-over several times, ultimately landing on the roof. the ems personnel and the emergency room doctors both deemed the child booster seat to be "inadequate" and a "very poor restraint," (as written in my daughter's medical records). every interconnecting component became loose, ultimately resulting in my daughter hitting her head & receiving a deep cut, which has left her with a permanent scar. *jb |
