| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Www.thebabyfactoryoutlet.com is based in atlanta ga and selling european car seats to parents in the usa without telling them that they do not meet fmvss 213. as a parent i would be furious to be conned out of my money, thinking i am protecting my child, only to find out the seat was not approved for use here. they know they are doing this illegally and are only interested in making money. attempting to get local authorities involved, but having no luck as of yet. this needs to be stopped. when asked, their response was that the seats "are approved for import by us customs". *tr |
