| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Soon after purchasing a 2007 entourage limited in may '07 we began to have trouble with the passenger side sliding door. the door will reopen after being closed. this was first noticed in a restaurant parking lot. fortunately this did not result in anything being stolen, but now have to confirm door will remain closed before leaving the van. there is no pattern but problem usually occurs when other power door/tailgate is open. taken to dealer multiple times but door worked fine. dealer was not very helpful. a personal call to the national service center had to be made before anything was done by the dealer. on the same day as the call the dealer readjusted the door. that was about three weeks ago and the problem is still happening. we have an appointment with the dealer this week, but i still get the impression they don't know how to fix the problem. *tr |
