| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2001 pontiac montana. when the brake pedal was depressed, the contact heard the abs lock up and the vehicle continued to roll forward. she stated that the vehicle would stop regularly, but would continue to roll forward when driving between 5 and 10 mph. on september 24, 2007, the failure resulted in the contact rear ending another vehicle. the other vehicle was not damaged. the contact's vehicle sustained damages to the driver and passenger side headlights and the hood. the vehicle was taken to the dealer in april and june of 2007 regarding this failure. on both occasions, she was informed that nothing was wrong with the vehicle, however, she and her husband believed that there was brake failure. the powertrain was unknown. the current and failure mileages were 114,701. |
