| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2004 chrysler crossfire. while attempting to turn left at 15 mph, the steering wheel turned, but the wheels continued forward. the contact attempted to turn the steering wheel for approximately fifteen seconds and then stopped the vehicle. the vehicle was towed to the dealer. the current and failure mileages were 44,120. the consumer stated when the vehicle was first towed to dealer was also unable to start the vehicle with the keys. the consumer stated the vehicle was released on the september 21, 2007 and driven no less than 25 miles and the malfunction happened yet again. updated 10/10/07 *tr |
