Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 1999 wj grand cherokee limited- blend door problem. i had the bled door problem fixed on my jeep fixed about 40k miles ago. this issue has cropped up again. i travel to the mountains on the weekends and external temp usually get below freezing. last weekend the blend door problem came up suddenly. there is no heat on the drivers side and the windshield defrost functions . due to the windshield being fogged up, i almost drove over the cliff avoiding oncoming traffic. please consider this lack of heat as a safety issue. *jb |
