| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2007 dodge durango. while driving 50 mph, the abs, traction control, and cruise control lights illuminated. the dealer stated that the wheel sensor was faulty, however, they did not make a replacement. while driving 30 mph, the contact lost control of the vehicle when he depressed the brake pedal. the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. approximately one week later, while driving 50 mph, he lost control of the vehicle again and crashed into the guardrail. the frontal air bags failed to deploy and a police report was filed. the road conditions were wet. the driver sustained bruises to his left shoulder and the passenger sustained bruises all over, including a sore back. the failure mileage was 127 and current mileage was 9,100. |
