Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Steel tensioner bracket that held the idle arm assembly in place broke in half and nissan would not do anything about the problem. their claim is that it was no longer under warranty. my complaint is that it is not a warranty issue but a defective part that could become a safety issue. obviously the part should never fail for the entire life of the vehicle as it was a steel support bracket . when the part failed it also did consequences damage as well. this falls under a safety issue as well. *jb |
