Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Catastrophic failure of the engine while driving 65 mph on the ohio turnpike. told by two different garages that the engine is blown, rod irreparably bent, must be replaced and that this is a well known problem with the 2.7 engines and that dodge will do nothing about it. told by 5 different mechanics to junk it, not to bother replacing it because they'll just have to put another faulty 2.7 engine in the car. no way this engine should go out in a dangerous situation like highway driving! the car is in my yard right now. *tr |
