| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Our lexus es 350, leased in january, 2007 has a potentially serious problem. the passenger airbag is not on consistently when the passenger seat is occupied. i have reported this to the dealer on three occasions but the problem persists. after the last visit and after finding the system was working as designed it was suggested i add exercise weights to the seat. *jb |
