| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I leased a nissan altima 2007 five months ago. the vehicle had about 7000 miles on it when last night i was driving on the nj parkway and my accelerator wouldn't work, so i coasted to the shoulder dodging cars along the way. at this point the check engine light came on. when i reached the shoulder i could see flames under my hood. within ten minutes the entire car was engulfed in flames and had several small explosions. please help me to find out what i can do. since this i have found that there have been 30 similar complaints about the car and when i contacted the car dealer they tried to act like they have never heard of this complaint. *jb |
