Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I noticed when i stopped my car made an abnormal idol noise. i took my car into the local honda dealer who proceeded to inform me that the spark plug in my car was stripped and the threading coils were now completely stripped as well and the cylinder head needs replaced. the spark plug in the car is a genuine honda spark plug which if this is not caused by normal wear then it must have been poor workmanship. honda is only willing to pay for half of the damage (total cost is $2000.75) i am stuck because i do not feel i should pay for damages that were incurred while the spark plugs were placed by honda. *jb |
