Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was informed by lancaster honda at approximately 12, 400 miles that i needed my brakes replaced. the brakes was replaced by lancaster honda as a courtesy. at 18, 573 mile lancaster honda stated that my brakes needed to be replaced again. they reported that i had 1,5 mm left on my brakes. i took the car to robertson's honda and they stated there was 3.5 mm left. in all indication i will brakes twice in 24,000 miles. this was reported to american honda and they stated this is a wear issue. i have spoken to two other honda civic owners. the owner of a 2006 honda civic sedan ex stated he has 32, 000 miles on his brakes. the owner of a 2006 -2007 honda civic coupe ex stated he has replaced his brakes twice within a year. i own a 2006 honda civic coupe lx. *jb |
