Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Honda odyssey 2000 transmission failures, 5 transmission changes in 7 years. the last time to change for a new transmission was on september 27, 2007 at 125,079 miles. the repair cost was $3,634.05, which was outrageous and but not reimbursed by honda corporation due to the high mileage per its management. however, for only 125,000 miles, i had to change transmission 5 times in seven years, which is very ridiculous. i believe that the transmission failure is defect of the car instead of the high mileage. *jb |
