Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2005 jeep liberty. the contact received a recall notice regarding the lower ball joints. at 16,703 miles, the vehicle was taken to the dealer for the recall repair. after the ball joints were replaced, he was not informed that the alignment was not performed. four months after the replacement, he noticed that the tires were worn due to the alignment not being performed. the vehicle had 19,500 miles at that time. the contact called the dealer to demand a free alignment, but was informed that he would be responsible for the charges. the transmission type and recall number were unknown. the current mileage was 19,500 and failure mileage was 16,703.
