Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2004 jeep grand cherokee. the vehicle is equipped with a dual control a/c, which allows the driver and passenger to control the temperature on their own side of the vehicle. the contact stated that the blend door on the front passenger side was defective. the door prevents heat from entering and causes the defroster to work only on the driver side of the vehicle. she took the vehicle to a repair shop and was informed that the failure was due to a faulty blend door. the vehicle has not been repaired. the failure mileage was 48,000 and current mileage was 52,000. updated 10/24/07
