| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2002 cosco senera child safety seat (na). while the vehicle was in motion, the contact's 9 year old daughter placed her finger into one of the holes on the side of the child safety seat. she was seated shoulder length to the baby sitting in the child seat. the 9 year old's finger began to swell. the paramedics arrived and severed that part of the seat before removing the child's finger. the failure type was unknown. |
