Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: 2003 jeep liberty with lower ball joint problems. customer states that she never received the recall for the lower ball joint repair. she ended up breaking down on the road, and chrysler will not refund her. *kb the consumer stated while driving, the left front wheel became loose and fell of the vehicle. the manufacturer stated the way the consumer went about having the vehicle repaired negated any reason for them to consider reimbursement. the dealer also found play in the left front outer tie rod and left front axle boot. *jb
