| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased 2 britax car seats and we received notice that there was a recall. we followed the instructions that britax indicated to receive a recall kit and we have requested them 5 times and still britax never sent them to us. i do not feel comfortable having my child in a recalled seat and britax has done nothing to fix it knowing we have these defective seats. i then called the last time and the customer service rep stated she would be sending me two brand new britax seats and i never received those either. i just don't want to drive around with recalled seats and britax is doing nothing to fix the problem. *jb |
