Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased a 2006 ford fusion sel v6 sept. 30, 2006. after picking up the car from the dealer from a previous fix on an engine sound that they never fix or have fix by now. the lumbar support broke without noticed. it broke in an instant. i tried to get it fix under warranty but ford and the dealer denied to fix the problem. they even sued me in court for trying to get my car fix. but i won the case, and now they say that they will fix my car problem. that could be a problem if you are driving in the highway and suddenly the lumbar brake without noticed. *jb |
